There you go, RD, there's a redhead for you at last.
If you've only seen the anime, you may not be aware that the Amazoness Quartet are actually Sailor Senshi, destined to be ChibiMoon's guardian scouts when she becomes full-grown. This is Sailor Vesta, youngest of the four.
Although I believe they are supposed to inherit the inner senshi's powers, I'm basing the titles off what their talents were in the circus, just to differentiate them from the others.

Wish I could draw hair like that. When I try to draw Vesta it always comes out looking like there's a big red traffic cone on her head.
I like your idea for her sphere of influence. It's more interesting than just being Sailor Mars 2.0

The Quartet does have incredibly weird hair, it true... Pallas' was the hardest for me to draw.
'The Senshi of Fauna' always makes me think of that scene in Shrek 3 where Snow White gets the woodland creatures to attack a bunch of bad guys for her. I think it would be an awesome power to see in action.
