Greetings everyone!! It's the big day!! I am proud to present to you the official TolkienInspired group's Art Contest!

The theme was voted upon by all you lovelies, and by popular demand it is going to be...

~ IF I WERE A TOLKIEN CHARACTER...~

This contest is open to everybody, members of TolkienInspired or not, and I encourage people to join! I have worked very hard to provide really great prizes to the winners, and I hope that you all appreciate and enjoy this contest. I am really happy to be providing a legit and fun event for you all It is free to join, the theme is open to your interpretation, and I've gathered some prizes I think will give you the motivation to try and win!

Now, the rules are as follows:

1. Only one submission per person

2: The art cannot be incomplete, rough sketches/ drafts, etc, or OLD / PREVIOUS WORK. It will not be accepted!! Please create original art with the theme in mind for this particular contest!

3. All forms and mediums are accepted, that includes written work, cosplay, 3D and crafts! (Please note for written entries, unless a poem or whatnot, please do not submit less than 1,000 words and no more than 10,000!)

4. Please refrain from using excessive nudity, profanity, and gore/ violence. Also please use the appropriate mature filters. (pornogrpahy will NOT be accepted)

5. You WILL need to provide your mailing / shipping address or P.O box in order to receive the physical prizes if you win! If that does not interest you then please do not enter!

What the judges will be looking for:

1. How much your piece relates to the theme (please provide a small blurb in your submission and let us know the creativity process behind your concept! )

and

2. The technicality and execution of your piece (for writing: grammar, spelling, etc. Art: composition, colors, etc... you get the point )

DEADLINE IS MARCH 13TH. THAT IS 2 MONTHS FOR YOU, SO TAKE YOUR TIME AND DO YOUR BEST!! (please let me know as far in advance as possible if you need an extension, it may be considered.
