This was meant to be a flat colored piece but Im a dumb ass and painted the majority of it Here's Ferrarin giving a cheery pep talk to Neo I guess lmao!
Ferrarin is an ancestor of Neo's and was the first to be of her bloodline, he used to be a very powerful dragon that helped free the nations of corrupt crystalline dragons waaaay back in the day and made his kind revered for defeating monsters and what not! Ill hopefully have more on him and Neo's backstory and bloodline haha
