One tiny little nitpick I have: The shadowing on his face makes his jawline appear just a bit TOO square. That's really the only remotely negative thing I can say, though, because my GOD, his EYES. This has to be the spookiest fanart of Aizen I've ever seen, and I LOVE it.

I'm actually not a fan of Aizen's (Soul Society freak fan ) but I'm faving this cause it's so awesome. The coloring makes me think that he just let out a huge amount of reiatsu. Excellent work.
