All my prices are in USD.
I accept paypal.
When buying from me you agreed to my T.O.S.
These rules apply to my furry and MLP adopts.
I don’t issue refunds.
Echecks are not accepted.
-You have 24 hours to pay the PayPal invoice . If not paid within 24 hours and I don't hear anything from you on needing more time to pay . it will result in a blacklist .

Adopts/Designs

Don’t
- Put my adopts on amino.
-Harass buyers/Bidders.
- Trace or edit my base.
-Issue an unauthorized chargeback.
- Use the character for commercial use ( Only personal use) .

-Claim the design as your own, Please credit me for the design.

-Don’t sell the adoptable for more than you bought unless commission art,Plushies,Etc comes with it.

-Pls don’t ghost/ignore me when you win the bid or AB ,This will result in a blacklist (DON'T BID OR AB IF YOU THINK YOU WOULD LOSE INTEREST IN IT).
- Make breedables with the characters you buy from me .
- Take my designs off of toyhouse or hide the character (Only if you're using toyhouse) .
-Bidding or ab a design then backing out or ghosting me afterwards.
- Use the character for anything harmful to me and others .
- Steal/Trace/Heavy referencing/Intentionally copying my art or designs.

Allowed
- Character will be sent when payment went through.
-Once bought the character will be sent through email.

-Please at least give me a few hours to give the character to you.

-You are allowed to make some changes but nothing unrecognizable please.
- Wait a month before selling/Trading the character.
- Credit me if you uploading the character on toyhouse- my toyhouse is Crunchytoasty
-When reselling let the new owner read these rules before Reselling/Trading , and let me know also .

If you are buying a design from me please respect me and follow my rules. Thank you .

Pls let me know with proof if anyone breaks these rules or anyone on this blacklist trying to buy or successfully have one of my adopts. Thank you so much.
