You've got a lot of potential, but you've got some problems as well. The dress looks nice, I like the details on it. I also like the leaves in the background. However, her anatomy looks very weird. The breasts are too big and the waist and neck are too thin. I recommend studying anatomy more, and then you'll be on par with the best.
Don't give up, just keep at it. It took me a long time to get my writing to the level it is now.
