Remember him? I said I'd post a bigger bio later, and now here we go.

Davitaz, much like his inspiration, Aladdin, is a local thief who often tries to get rich through any means necessary, though is often very alone in everything. For not only is he looked down by the rich people of his land, but he's also looked down by the poor people of his land for being a rat. As a result, he'll do anything it takes to become the richest being in the world and finally look down at everyone else. It was only until he received a job offering from a foreign merchant, to retrieve a magical item for him and he'll make him rich beyond his wildest dreams, sceptical at first, given how much he's been looked down by everyone and doesn't trust any of them, but he accepted regardless, knowing he can just stab this merchant to death if he double crosses him.

The merchant took Davitaz to another land where there was a castle, heavily guarded and was requested to retrieve a black oil lamp from the treasury. Unsure of the reason, but he accepted and snuck in, thanks to his size and speed, he could sneak by things easily and did. Eventually, he made it to the treasury and saw the lamp in question. Davitaz retrieved it, but the alarms went off and he was attacked by all sides trying to escape with the lamp, just as he was almost in the clear, the merchant tried to take the lamp and get Davitaz to die by the guards. But his quick wit, fast reflexes and suspicion of this betrayal gave him the upper hand as he managed to escape with the lamp and letting the merchant die in the crossfire.

Escaped and far out of sight, Davitaz pondered why this lamp was important until he rubbed it, releasing the Efreeti (Fire Genie) glad to have been released, and was ready to make Davitaz the first of his many slaves as he takes over this land, but Davitaz would not accept this proposal and told him he should be grateful for releasing him. The Efreeti, amused by this, decided to challenge him to a game, and the loser would be the slave, again however, thanks to Davitaz's quick wit and distrust of anyone, he managed to analyse the game's rules for a loophole to take advantage.

The game was unknown, but Davitaz ended up winning thanks to pointing out every loophole and got the advantage every time, the Efreeti was furious, but could not go back on his word, but instead of being his slave, he used his own loophole to simply just form a pact with him instead, Davitaz transformed into a Warlock, granting him fire powers, and his own lamp to hide in. Davitaz wasn't upset by this, because now he was far more powerful than before, no longer needing to run and hide, he can fight, so he decided to use his newfound powers to achieve his goal of becoming the richest being in the world. And despite the bitter relationship between him and his pact, in some cases, he also finally found someone he can trust, someone who doesn't look down on him.
