Taken at Bedford Reservation - Cuyahoga Valley National Park

After getting up for some sunrise shots further south of Bedford, I headed up to one of my new favorite places to go to get some autumn shots. Unfortunately, beautiful autumn mornings are magnets for others with similar ideas for beautiful portrait session locations. So I spent much of my time trying to keep people out of the shot, knowing I wasn't in their way.

The morning was a sunny, warm day with robin's egg blue skies and I barely needed a jacket as I splashed through the water to find my shots. Every once in a while, a breeze would kick up and then I'd suddenly be standing in a shower of copper and gold, watching as the leaves fluttered softly to the ground.
