Katara in a lighter winter outfit. I figured since the Southern Water Tribe is being rebuilt their resources and surroundings are better, so their clothing would become more like their Northern sister tribe
I was going to make a background but wanted to put it up
I'm too impatient- sometime I'll make a worthy background...EDIT: eheh...it's a big file.

I love Katara. I'm glad someone drew her. Loving the simplicity, yet there's a lot of detail. Nice job on the water and the small wrinkles on her outfit. Her face needs some work but, you did a good job in terms of making her Katara. ;D
