Dumb name considering the White Rose series beat me to making something of a similar name public, but here.
Please don't attack me. I like both names, I was just slow.

This is basically either the same city that winds up on Clockwork Jirachi's back during combat sometimes (more or less during off-screen training), only this city is upgraded, and the forged copy to wield takes time to update to match.
