Utterly great work on the colors, concept and I simply love the idea. Really nicely done.

Great work. I guess my observation would be you need to have more solid bold lines in there in lue of the double line effect in order to get the real Tron Legacy suit look right and maybe some circles as well. I'm missing the hexagonal lining texture that the suits contained as well. Look at any close up of the high res poster art and you'll see what I mean. Try to consider how the suits were constructed for the movie more, you need some subtle rubber bevels in there surrounding where the light is applied and more broken what I call "sargent" stripping. I'm not feeling like this is in their world just yet and having done my own Tron Legacy inspired stuff (some of which for Disney) and research, I think you could push it more if you wanted to.
I really like the lighting you have and the background. This feels to me more like one of those work in progress concepts rather than a finished design. You need more dots. squares, and digital bits to look closer to Sark from the original Tron but I do enjoy the way you've incorporated the insignia and I really like how you've broken the suit up into pieces, especially the boots. Cillian's face looks off for some reason - I know where you got the image from but I'm not feeling the eyes which for him are his most enduring feature - I think you could do better to really capture his likeness - I think that's why there's confusion as to who's face is supposed to be in there.

This is breathtakingly amazing, and you have inadvertently acquired this complete stranger's eternal and undying admiration. It was a complete euphoria trip to stumble across across this via DA's search, because oh man Sark just doesn't get fanart this good ever.
You seriously succeeded in melding the two styles together - the way you've incorporated aspects of ye olde Sark into your design is extremely cute and clever, and I am seriously digging the helmet and really hope you do decide to sketch up a few more views of it - it is complete eyecandy!
Err, and I feel like a complete and total Godless heathen for saying so, but the cape seems a bit out of place? I am overwhelmingly interested in this talk of crazy wings and whatnot I see, though.
e.g. oh man this design is just so cool please post sketches? ;w;;;

I like it! Very menacing and as long as he kept his helmet on with the projection of a young David Warner inside I think it would look bad assed! I also really lobe the costume design cues you too from the original Sark costume. Glad you didn't try to actually add those head wings and stuff too it.

The face inside is Cillian Murphy's. I did a sketch with the "wings", but they just didn't work. I may do a few more detailed sketches of the helmet from all angles. Still may try to get some of the wing feel in there, just not as severe.

Is it? Looked more like David Warner XD It's the nose, it just looked like a young David Warner and well, I thought there was a certain symbolism in having the son resurrect the father in a way. Well if you were going to do a wing...what if the wing was a completely disconnected piece composed only of glowing lines? Like a holographic projection that floats in place outside the helmet? You could even add the chin section and it wouldn't interfere with the helmet you designed?

"Thank you Peter, you may go now..." Even Dillinger's lacky, Peter, had a digital counterpart that was abused by Sark, I wonder if he ever got upgraded or if he was left behind with the likes of Dumont?

That's very true but if Sark can get a 2.0 build then maybe Peter aka "Bit Brain" could be brought back from a backup.
