The lighting works really well here. It's not too harsh, yet pops the subject from the background nicely without hard shadows.

Thank you, very rarely people mention anything about the lighting. I try to do my best with out annoying the model from the time it takes to get the setup just perfect for each shot.
I love skin tone and texture also, I really can't stand blurry smoothed skin. (But really depends on the photo style also, sometimes it looks good based on the effect the photographer is going for)

Feels almost over photoshopped, but that's just a personal taste thing and does not in any way detract from the excellence of the shot.

I spend an exceptional amount of time pixel level editing, curve adjustments and after that, I sorta just zone out and do "My Touch" until I am 100% satisfied with the results. Thank you for your comments, they are much appreciated and inspirational.

Not much airbrushing required with Laura. Just tweaked the lighting a bit in Photoshop CS6. A little Dodge and burn on the sheets and thats it.
