I haven't updated any of my work on Deviant in quite some time. But I wondered if you might have an hour one day to describe to me a little about your style and how your photography is so stunning. I'm just a want-a-be creative photo and graphics guy. damien.click

Nice HDR man, the street looks gorgeous and the picture has a supernatural/out of the ordinary feel to it (in a positive way of course).
Great job!

I'm not sure what you did to this but I like it. Only the road feels real to be honest, while the rest looks like GTA on a decent computer. I'd be interested in seeing the original.

It is a 9 exposure HDR taken right after it stopped raining.

I couldn't do that but the most interesting pictures I've taken were on the fireworks setting with a cheap camera. It looks great though and makes me want to see the place in person.

This is a tiny bit more involved than a fireworks setting, however I have used that Fireworks Setting on a old hand held of mine before. That slows down the Shutter Speed and turns off the flash usually. So you end up capturing more light, but if you move the camera while you are taking the photo it will create streaks of light due to the shutter being open a longer duration of time.

Oh yeah, I wasn't comparing the process and there's no way I could capture something like this. Just really saying that even with a cheap camera I'd recommend people experiment with odd settings like fireworks and perhaps capture something a little unreal rather than just keep clicking away on auto.

And yes! I learned very quickly to keep a mini tripod in my coat pocket for emergencies.
