April O'neil from the original 1980's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. For cartoon girls of the 80's she was definently a hottie, I loverd her tight yellow jumpsuit she always wore, she was very curvy. I decides to do her in a somewhat provactive image, just showing alittle and leaving alot to the imagination, it also just hints at what she is hiding underneath. It would certainly make wearing that jumpsuit easier.
