Before I really critique this let me tell you that your work is AMAZING. Vision: Make it a bit clearer maybe what emotion she is expressing ya know Technique:Your technique is awesome and I feel you are already so good there isn't alot of room for you to improve, but i would do more work on the ends of the hair, to make it a bit more realistic.
