yes you are right as the earth travels around the sun it is also changing its tilt toward the sun as we travel giving us different views of the night sky as the seasons change ...oh I agree til til there is something different about the winter night, the air is much crisper and to me anyway it has a different sound to meaning its quieter probably due to the fact its cold and fewer folks are out creating noise, the stars seem more clear and twinkly to me ,I also love being out in a light fluffy snowfall cause the snow seems to muffle all noise even further, I love to look up watch the snow falling towards me and of course I have to stick out my tongue for a taste of a few snowflakes lol and I oh and the sound the of the fresh snow crunching under my boots is awesome ...do you like the little snow storms too my friend

wow a poet thank you, my friend, but you are too kind ya know the whole time I was describing my snow experience to you I was thinking that I was being kinda foolish since a was writing to a Russian woman about snowstorms lol a woman for whom I'm sure has seen many more snowstorms than I have ,, I would like to hear the story of snegurochka I enjoy hearing old folklore/tales

I live on the northeast coast of the US. in an area known as New England within the state of Connecticut.
Snegurochka is so sad in these tales ..she longs for love but does not know how so her mom teaches her and her warm heart melts her body how sad, if I had children I would change that story to where they fall in love and live happily ever after haha
haha so the Finnish are like the wildlings ay, thats funny
I miss the game of thrones already, how did you like the ending ? personally I was not pleased with it , compared to the original writings of the earlier seasons the last season seemed cheapened and poorly written and poorly filmed especially the episode when Winterfell is attacked its so dark you could not see any action, well I guess it cut the cost of having many extras on set for the battle scenes: rofl:
sorry I need to stop now I seem to be more tired than I thought when I first came back online,, i need some zzzzzzs lol
have a great day my dear friend

haha yes there have been many writers from New England back when I was a young boy it was Herman Melville's Moby Dick that caught my sense for adventure lol oh I dreamed of whaling ships and the open sea tho in moby dick Captain Ahab and crew sailed from Bedford Massachusetts, there was a huge whaling industry here in Connecticut too at mystic seaport ,there is still a working seaport in mystic my parent knew how much I dreamed of sailing ships brought me there as a child oh I loved it, the oldest remaining original whaler "THE CHARLES W. MORGAN" is there ,did i have a blast running around the deck and down below ,even as a kid I was shocked on how small they really were compared to the ones we see in movies, i noticed how my dad who was about 6' tall could not stand up below decks then I read where back in the 18-19 centries most sailors were maybe 5' to 5'5" at most anyone over 5'6 was a giant in those days haha , the ship is still there cause they are always maintaininhg it for its a working musum where works dress in 19th centry clothes, many famous old sailing or tall ships still go there for professional repairs...the seaport town is full of old time Shoppes, taverns and goods stores full of old time wares and they dress and talk the part too ... I last went there a few years ago it's a magical place well to me anyway, there is also a sea aquarium nearby thats pretty cool too ..
haha thanks, I wish I could write the others but every time I try I start off very well then boom I hit that wall ... I guess the most famous active writer in New England now would be Steven King ...
well, my mom attended Columbia university in new york city back in the day, her school friend Ina, lived with her husband and kids on Staten Island NY. and every summer break she would drag me down to visit them for a weekend but I was made to stay another week and hang out with Ina's son who was sometimes okay and fun but at other times he was just an annoying jerk ..and many I of his friend were assholes too always fighting, being rude to strangers, I do not mean me I mean others we met traveling around arrgh ! I hated this except when Pete would show me cool places, like this train that went across the island where we could hop on a ferry over to Manhatten where we checked out the sites like the empire state building, statue of liberty, the shipping docks were really cool and this huge railroad turnaround where the engines rotated on big platforms so they can go back south to a 10-year-old this was pretty cool haha ...but all in all I found the city folk pushy and rude with a total lack of manners or societal etiquette lol and my mom made me do this for 3 years till I finally talked her out of it , what's worse they would drive me back to Connecticut where Pete stayed with me few days noooooooo!! haha
I guess I know what you mean by some envision typical looks for nationalities in their own minds, I had to laugh when you wrote typical Scandinavian look cause in high school we had an exchange student from Sweden who was in my europian history class and on the first day of school he told how she was going to be in our class but first he talked about how Swedish girls were known for being blonde-haired blue-eyed beauties but apparently he had not met her yet so he reads her name and asks where she is in the class so I look around and I see this girl with brown hair meekly raising her hand to make things worse god was not overly kind in the beauty dept. to her and that idiot teacher now realizing she was nowhere near the blonde beauty he promoted so he just says "OH WELL! I felt so bad for her ... I later came to find that she was a very kind and beautiful person on the inside ...YOU know my friend I know you are correct on how people see others but as for me i went thru school with students whose families at some point in time came from just about every nation in Europe and I never looked at that aspect of things to me we were all Americans and looked the same ,i dunno maybe I'm just an idiot haha
oh I thoroughly enjoyed the last season of the game of thrones but I would be less than honest if I did not say that I felt the writing was weaker than all the other seasons and that some of the filmography was not as expensive or of high quality as in the other seasons, I watched the first battle on a lage HD tv myself in a low lightroom and the first battle when the Dothraki went galloping off into the dark to fight the white walkers with burning swords, all you heard was some Dothraki battle yelling and the light of their swords till the sounds diminished along with their light and a lone horse came back ...I'm sorry I thought that that was cheap and done to save from spending a lot of money on extras haha, the later battles although dark were visible, see I was looking for another or at least hoping anyway for another battle of the bastards I guess haha
you are right about Daenerys her Targaryen madness heritage was really showing more and more, I never thought of bran becoming king I always figured either John snow or possibly Sansa would gain the crown .... you know my favorite charector in the thrones was that little lady of one of the houses, darn it I cannot recall her name, anyway she was the one who got up and put all the old male lords to shame when they were slow in rallying to john snow to name him king of the north, sadly she died in the battle at the end and was burned with the rest of the heroes with her sword on her brest
oof I was a bit long-winded on this one TilTil my friend have a great weekend dear girl
