Just to voice my opinion I don't think Neo is a psychopath. She's just a person who isn't against doing bad things and in fact enjoys doing bad things all together, sort of like Roman. I mean both Roman and Neo were more than willing to kill Ruby. Him calling out to Neo when she got flung off the air carrier suggested that they were in some form of a relationship. Lastly the when Neo freed Roman from the ship she seemed rather happy.
I mean if she was psychopathic I doubt she's even express any of the emotions that she's shown us.

Personally, I still think that you need to be a special kind of messed up when the anticipation of perforating someone's guts makes you smile like that. But it's been a while since I last looked at the definition of psychopathy. Or the difference between that and sociopathy.

Well a true psychopath doesn't actually enjoy killing people they just don't care if they do and might find SOME amusement out of it.

I know this is sad but the definition of a psychopath is "traditionally defined as a personality disorder characterized by persistent antisocial behavior, impaired empathy and remorse, and bold, disinhibited, egotistical traits." she kinda is a psychopath

"impaired empathy and remorse" I'm not sure about "impaired" but she certainly lacks some form of empathy and remorse.
"and bold, disinhibited, egotistical traits" ... Since we haven't seen much of Neo's "personality" we can't say for certain if she has egotistical traits. But from what we've seen, yeah she doesn't really show anything that would suggest egotistical.
So far the only thing that's "psychopathic" about Neo is her joy in killing and hurting people but there have been people who like to do that without being psychopaths.
There's still a chance of her being a psychopath but from what has been shown there's not a lot of evidence saying otherwise.
