Once, when I was in Munich, I miscounted the stops on this line and I hadn't got off in Olympia-EKZ. The train then stopped in the tunnel, and I had to wait for the driver to change cab and reverse the train to alight on boarding platform.

Thehehe. There are audio anouncments. But only in german (plus heavy bavarian accent). But they're changing that right now into more understandable things.

I was in Munich with some friends: one of them is learning german. He took about 3 days to understand that sentence. And he wasn't even so sure to have understood. At least the announcements in the new Klasse C rolling stock is more clear.
