The trains in Germany sure have changed since I lived there till 99!
I did get to see the ICE trains when I lived there but never saw a train that looked exactly like this one!
Reading the description, I'm calling that "ICRE." Doesn't have a ring to it but seems more accurate than just "ICE."

Their official marketing name is "IC2" Cramped, not enough space for luggage, insufficient topspeed of 160kph, bad seats, they're not the best thing on rails out there.....
