Yep, her father is paler than her but I guess it's normal, after all not all of the Arabian people have the same skin.

Yep, the Sultan is definitely paler than the other characters XD I have no idea why thought. But maybe not all of the Arabian people have the same skin tone. I guess Jasmine's mother was more tan than the Sultan and Jasmine is more like her mother.
