This pair is super bright Glow-in-the-Dark In a Voltageous Blue color. In light they are a Frosted blue color. Charging them with a blacklight will make the glow stronger (so bright you wont even have to turn off the lights to see a faint glow so long as your lights aren’t super bright) They are also expensive due to the glow material premium grade Strontium Aluminate Pigments. Both shoes fit snugly on bare feet.
