Wow, amazing! I like the sequence of frames you chose. I gotta say, it makes the presentation of the quirk pretty epic.
Guessing is not my thing, but I think his powers may be related to illusions or mass transformation (...of things or energy, idk).

I meant the transformation of the big amount of something. Due to how many petals there are, I thought they might have been something different before.

Anyway, it really is sort of close and not at all at the same time,,
Essentially he can tranfer 'life' which means he could use his energy to revive dead flowers or technically even kill someone, the older that thing is, the harder it gets to extract all of it but it could technically make him immortal at some point- not that he has any interest in that. Multiple of his family members have a similar power, though (his mom and brother have the same one), so opinions on that could vary.
