REV 07, a private group of agents and spies, is formed by an unknown government, and whose mission is to stop threats that may go unnoticed by the rest of the world, such as large criminal organizations, terrorist groups, among others.

Its leader is a skunk, and one of its members is a husky with cryokinesis powers (the power to create and control ice at will), a cat expert in stealth, a large and muscular polar bear, and a genius toucan in cybernetics and hacking.
