Wubbzy and Walden are very grumpy and mad because it' raining outside during the Spring in my opinion, Wubbzy hates the rain, because he does not have anything to do outside an doesn't want to jump in puddles. and Walden is feeling sick about the rain. And he is not feeling it according to PeytonAuz1999 .

Just because it's raining doesn't mean you have to feel gloomy but that's what he thinks about rain.
