In "Tough Love", she dropped out of college, and they showed her, specifically, talking to her poetry professor.  She expressed genuine regret about leaving, because she was loving the class a lot.  "I mean, I know I wasn't the best student.  But I learned a lot.  And I really like poetry.  I really do."  It was pretty sad, actually, but I like to think that she retained her love for the subject.

Yeah... I really wish they'd had Spike write something for Buffy, or something like that.  Because they made an episode where they make a big deal out of the fact that Spike used to write poetry, and then just a few episodes later they have Buffy mention that she enjoys poetry.... I dunno.... xD

Ohhh, I think this is one of the ones that I was going to reblog but then my computer did a stupid thing and I lost all of my tabs, and then I forgot what all I had opened up in a new tab to reblog.

Right, though?! It would've been so in character, and it seems like they would've had to do something like that on purpose! I mean, how would no one realize the correlation there?

I forgive you.    I've been WAY behind in my internet what-not, lately.  School and life in general will do that.  Not that I have a life.  'Cause I really don't.  Just a lot of tests, really. 

I know!  It seems very weird of them.  But one of the writers was a HUGE Spuffy shipper, so it's possible that she slipped it in there without telling the others why.  XD

Thanks. Oh yeah, me too. I've been struggling to get caught up, 'cause once you fall behind, it's kind of a snowball effect. Unfortunately, I've had to settle with just responding to what I currently have, so I haven't commented on dozens upon dozens of things that were in my deviantWATCH. Actually, surprisingly, I've been getting a life recently. O_O Which is great. But I haven't been online as much. I mean, it's probably good that I'm not living online, but I'm always sad when I have less time to talk to my internet friends.

I'll bet that's what happened!

Hey, good for you!  My life, such as it is right now, mainly just consists of school.  Ick.  But productive and useful, they tell me.  xD  Anyway, I've been missing a ton of stuff online, too, and I feel kinda bad about it... but not too bad, I guess?  I mean, having the non-internet world take priority is not a bad thing, really, I think.

Yeah. I mean, I feel pretty bad, but clearly not bad enough for me to go too far out of my way. :T The only thing I really feel bad about is not always responding to messages from my closest online friends right away. Oh, and not commenting on some deviations.

Yeah, me too.  I mean, I want to keep up with people but...?  I have a lot of other stuff to keep up with.  And lately, keeping up with Tumblr has been way more trouble than it's worth. 
But yeah, I will often forget about messages until it's kinda late to respond... and I like to think that it's okay, for the most part.  : )  We all understand, I hope!

Yeah.... *wistful sigh* The sad thing is that tumblr's actually relatively easy for me to keep up with, 'cause you can mostly just scroll and click. But with deviantart, even though I like it WAY more, responses take longer and I feel more pressure to continue drawing. And while I want to draw... I just have so much in my "real life" going on right now. I don't know how to fit everything in. But I'm starting to get caught up, so maybe in the next month or two I'll have my life a little more organized...

Ah, yeah, I know what you mean. But I pretty much always respond to things, even if it's ages later. Just 'cause I don't think it's awkward to respond to things late. But that's just me. I know I'm kind of an oddball in that area. But yeah, I think we all understand.

Yeah, I get that.  I just find that there's more concentrated stuff that I care about on dA - on Tumblr, I have to ignore a bunch of stuff.  And there's a lot more stuff that actually upsets me.  :\  But I get the rea; life thing - I've had a pretty light semester, but I still don't have as much free time as I wish I did.

Yeah, I try to... but sometimes I don't.

Yeah, that's DEFINITELY true. On tumblr I have to scroll through SO much that I don't care about. (Though... part of the reason that's a problem is because I tend to hate most popular things. ) Yeah, that's also true. While you can decide whom you follow, on dA you really only see what you look for, whereas on tumblr you might end up seeing who knows what. This semester has actually been a lot more stressful for me than the last. I mean, I'm doing okay. But I don't care for my professors, so that's making me feel a lot more drained. 'Cause it takes mental and social/emotional efforts.

I don't blame you. After awhile I just decided to fave things instead of comment on them all like I used to. My deviantwatch just exploded way too much in the time I was inactive.

Heh, yeah.  Right now I only follow 7 people, which is great!  Though some are RL friends who watch a bunch of stuff that I don't, so I do get to ignore a bunch of Teen Wolf right now.  xD  But it's better than the pages and pages of Once Upon a Time, Game of Thrones, and Orange is the New Black.  Which are probably fine shows.  That I just don't want to watch.  Or the pages of stuff about the Buffy character Faith Lehane, who I was growing to despise more every day.

Yeah, that sucks and I'm sorry.  School is always easier when you get along with your teachers.  I had a TA last year who just hated me, and it was miserable.

Yeah, I get that.  There's just not enough time for everything.

I wish I could follow that few people. But then my dash might be too boring for my tastes. Oh yeah, I know that feel. I've followed some RL friends before and then realized after awhile that it was time to unsuspiciously unfollow them and back away quietly. But I agree so much! (I'm actually really sick of Once Upon A Time. It's terrible now, ugh.) 

Yeah. But at least it's summer now, so yay! :dance;

Yeah, it's been nice, I'll admit, but it's weird when nothing happens on your dash.
I've heard... things... about Once Upon a Time.  And apparently they're bringing in Elsa.  Already.  Okay......
I adore summer so much.  It's been so nice, not taking Diff EQ!

Oh yes, I heard that too. I haven't actually watched most of this season because I got tired of it in the middle of their Peter Pan arc. I'm just... ugh. I'm so done with that show. Elsa aside, shipping aside... it's just not a good show anymore. They abandoned most of their characters and like freaking everyone ends up being related, and hardly anyone can stay on one side for long, and it's just. It's a mess. 

Oh jeez, I can only imagine.

Ah, yes.  Peter Pan is.... Rumpelstiltskin’s father?????  I think????  And, thus, Henry's.... great grandfather????  Is that right?  Something weird like that.  And I'm sure that Elsa is really Belle's lost sister or something.  Which would make Belle Anna and Rumple... Hans?  Goody goody.
Wenever someone describes the show to me, it just seems like a mess.  I know a lot of people adore it, but I can't imagine watching it.  :/  Then again, I do like things that are messes sometimes.  But the "everybody is related" thing does bug me.

Evidentally. I stopped watching in the middle of the Peter Pan arc, so I never saw that episode, but I heard about it.

Whoa, wait, where did you hear that Elsa is Belle's sister? I hadn't heard that, but then again I'm not following the show anymore. 

Oh yeah, it really is a mess. Even if it wasn't a tangle of details... it's just not interesting anymore. The episodes always end on a doom and despair note, they're constantly having new villains and random crap happen. None of the conflict is interesting. Emma was never a compelling main character. Ugh. I just can't with the show anymore.

Nah, I'm just making fun of the show.  But she'll have to be related to someone, I have no doubt.  xD  In some convoluted way that messes the heck out of everything.

Yeah, that's what it sounds like, to me.  Just a random mess of plots that aren't very cohesive.  And I'm just not a huge fan of Jennifer Morrison, sadly.  I'm sure she's a lovely person, but her acting style has never worked for me.
