Description
The field leader of the Noxious Squad. He was inspired by Captain Cold. He's got a very drill sergeant type personality, really likes it when his teammates perform like a well regimented unit. Some of the others get a little tired of his barking orders, but they can't dispute that he's incredibly protective of all of them, and is always the last one to leave. His pistol and mechanical arm can both shoot out streams or globs of ooze that he can adjust the adhesiveness and viscosity of on the fly. He can stick people to solid objects, create slippery surfaces that are uncrossable, or even use a stream of slime secured to a point as a swingline.See the other members of The Noxious Squad below:
