Another Drawing Fundamentals still life.
Our assignment was to draw the still life, then block out portions and make them a composite shape. We were allowed limited color use.

I decided to block out Olga's face becasue A: no one else in the class did it; and B: while that was my artistic excuse, I REALLY didn't want to draw her face. So I detailed her hair instead.

Materials: willow and compressed charcoal, charcoal pencil, white pencil, chalk pastels
