This is Shade he's Opal's soon to be boyfriend but right now their just close friends. He's the son of Eclipse and Shadow (Eclipse's ex husband) thus making him Twilight's brother and Regina's uncle. Shade used to live with his father in the Dark Forest until his father passed. Eclipse married Shadow the shiny alolan persian in Dark Town after she had already grown feelings for Dusk the umbreon (Moonspark's dad). Shadow and Eclipse broke up and each took one of their children (Eclipse taking Twilight and Shadow taking Shade). Shade came to Eevee and Friends Town in search of his sister oblivious to the fact Eclipse lived their as well eventually they made up and even though Eclipse holds a slight grudge against him because he reminds her of Shadow she still loves her son.
