It could be an "ooohhhing" of pleasure. It could be a mouth opening of the verge of a scream. It could be someone opening there mouth to whisper something.

What i love is the texture to the lips and how you used the (it looks to me) colours of pink and blue on the lips which could mean that the pic could be male or female. Great job. The positioning of the lips is rather interesting too, and from the pose could show many different emotions depening on who's viewing it.

interesting: the lips seem icy and dry: maybe some ice halo on a glass/mirror in front of the lips would have improved the sense of cold fo this shot. but maybe this was _not_ what you meant it to be :-P
