This is simply just a ponyfied version of good old Capt Jack.

The story behind this was that me and my whovian/brony pal and I were sick of seeing Jack ponies where his special talent is just being really good at sex. Yes he's good at it but everyone from the 51st century is good at sex so that's not some special talent. Being an immortal time agent is. Also the only other Jack pony is the Orion one... which doesn't really look like jack to us. So boom this is jack as a pony, I'm probably going to do Ianto and possibly doing other peeps later (because my pal and I also don't like how the only Ianto ponies we've seen are just fleshy pink with black hair).
