Faithslayers aim to be the ultimate god by depriving all other gods from their faithful.

They scythe at the souls of the enemy utilizing their Spectre Blades with their limitless telekinetic potential and cut the Faith Cords gods have with their faithful.

Do not be mistaken bir their noble image. Faithslayers are the cruelest gods; who have vanquished many other god with the worst possible end. Faith Cords are the link that every god share with every one of their followers. The cords grant the follower its power through its god while maintaining the gods’ rule over them when working the opposite direction. A shapeless, invisible link that is known by few and can only be seen by even fewer; The Faithslayers.

When the enemy is a follower, cutting their cords will deprive them of their powers and each cut of the Spectre Blades is a nightmarish strike at the very core of their souls and existence. By the time the link is completely vanquished; their souls will have torn apart and shredded. Their consciousness would be cut off from their bodies and reality; their souls, thrown forever to the second layer of space...

Oblivion.

When the enemy is a god itself, the end is even worse. The Faithslayer will terminate the links to the followers from the god’s side. The strikes will annihilate the souls that makes the god’s existence possible and maintains it. One by one the god will be forced to lose its followers; starting from the furthest until it tears apart even the dearest faithful. After losing the dearest bits of the god’s soul, comes the worst end possible for a god. With all of their believers in oblivion, the gods do not even have the mercy of being a lost soul. They will be completely forgotten...
