More Dnd Enemy arts from my Carbon Pink Campaign: A Drugged up brute mutated from the Drug Hyperspeed:A Unstable Nanobot Narcotic that causes tech enhanced strength but also mutations depending who gets it. They are silent gangers used to hit hard and dirty ,covered in medic gowns and body bags found in the clinics they were born. Used to be Gang members or victims of shady areas they now follow who gave the drug and will go on a hunt for more.
