So, this is Classic Sonic as u can see so let me explain, Tails was kind of right about him being from a different multiverse as Generations diverted his path differently than canonically. but as you can see, he's able to contend with Forces level threats which is impressive. After That Mania Adventures happens then Superstars and with the ability's Classic has gained it's safe to say he's powered up but don't know by how much.
