I got the concept for this picture from an image I got a while back.I had always liked the idea and thought it was funny, but the picture was very poor quality and not done very well!
So, this is my interpretation of the Beru Lars (smoldering corpse) - Action Figure!
It might be in bad taste, but it sure is funny!!!

I guess it isn't enough for the stormtrooper patrol to murder the Lars, but they had to skin them to make it look as if a Tusken Raider party was responsible.
That aside....interesting.

I've seen it does as Beru and Lars and its a pile of bones in the pack, your whole skeleton looks better.
I think that scene with the two burned out skeleton/corpses - especially the way one was bent over backwards - was probably the first really graphic image of dead people many kids (in the 70s & 80s) ever saw

I was at Cyphan this weekend and one of the vendors had this awesome old Death Star toy - when you opened it up it formed a small playset that featured Tattooine; and part of the sand by the Lars homestead could be flipped over to reveal the tiny toasted remains of Owen and Beru.
Silly anecdote aside - this isn't the most seamless photomanip I've seen, but the concept is awesome. I'd buy it.
