Bryce had such a great workout, he felt like he had to the locker room to take advantage of the multitude of mirrors and great lighting for a killer Instagram shot. However, he began to notice that the with every photo he took, his body felt even more pumped and ripped. At the end of the session of photo-taking, he was positive that his body fat percentage had dropped to single digits, and his muscles had grown enough to increase his bicep size by an inch or two. Not to mention, the size hadn't gone away by the time he had gotten back to his apartment 45 minutes away. He was so happy that he called up his girlfriend to come over and take a gander at his new physique...and possibly some other activities.
