-- I Was Gonna Add The Mad Hatter Too But...Well, He Sucks...Seriously, He's A MILLION Times Worst Than Riddler And The Penguin, Atleast THEY Have Redeeming Qualities.
-- Seriously...He's Evil Because He Read A BOOK???...Im Gonna Create A Character Called HOOK Finn, He Turned Evil Because He Read Huckleberry Fin...

The Mad Hatter was a villain who apparently was a doctor who drove people insane and they turned evil ... IDK why he was named Mad Hatter though. A lot of the older comics and lesser villains were influenced by Lewis Carrol's Through The Looking Glass though because there were villains like Tweedledee and Tweedledum, The Walrus, The March Hare, and others that came from Alice's Wonderland.

Mad Hatter was already insane. He just projected his insanity onto the book. And he's a brilliant neurotechnician, able to take over pretty much ANYONE'S mind, even Batman's. Also, Batman gets called a freak by many people. The only reason it's not common is because he's respected by everyone except the criminals, and no one would ever say it to his face. And finally...none of those names actually begin with THE. It's just Joker, Penguin, Riddler, etc. People just add those on in conversation for some reason. And people forget that Bats is actually supposed to be The Batman. Official name.

The name thing makes sense, although The Joker and the Scarecrow are sometimes known simply as 'Joker' or 'Scarecrow', especially the latter.

Yeah, their right, Batman is a dude wearing tights, with his underwear inside out, wears a cape, and a bat costume, and they get called freaks. The only reason batman dosent get called one is because he makes a good impression to the city. If u get wut i mean *wink*

Great art, love the concept, just one thing I'd lie to say about the Mad Hatter:
He did not turn evil because he read a book. He has a rare mental disorder. Basically, he's a stalker that visualizes every beautiful girl he sees as what he views as the perfect girl. The Mad Hatter part of his persona allows him to act on his urges, and take said girl. Because the Mad Hatter is linked to Alice In Wonderland, his mind poetically names his girls 'Alice'.

Very cool and true! I like how you mixed old and newer perspectives on the villains. I'm glad I'm not the only one who noticed how all the Batman villains seem to wear suits lol. Mad Hatter's cool, but I've never really been as interested in him as The Joker, Two Face, and less popular villains.

Actually the Mad Hatter didn't became evil because he read a book. It's not because he read a book but because he's obsessed with the mythology of the book itself, also he's a genius and makes mind controlling ships. The Joker is obsessed with Anarky and Chaos in form of a Joke, Riddler is obsessed with testing his witts against others, Two-Face is obsessed with the number 2...Most of the villains are obsessed with something, but they play well in making their obsessions our nightmares.
