Description
Once again, another pass at Elise Rizheva, the head of the Hegemony Security Bureau, and future Chancellor of the Orion Arm Hegemony.This is my second (i think) attempt at a more baroque style uniform, but I forgot to apply her medals, so I guess I still have some work to do.
