On the surface, Minahime appears like any other "ojou" (a term for a lady of nobility), but Minahime is really caring at heart. Being the only daughter and possibly heir of the Matsumae clan, Minahime is heavily shielded by her parents, to the point that she is denied a chance to learn spells. Despite that, she had secretly learnt a few spells in secret, but she is considerably weaker than Min-Hye and Kimiko.
Minahime is an expert in wind spells, but the ban imposed by her parents restricts her potential. Further dabbling might cause her secret to be exposed, however.
Minahime is derived from the Japanese name "Minako". The kanji for "mi" means "beautiful", "na" is a phonetic, while "hime" is a word for a lady of higher birth. I will give you one chance to guess who I named her from.
