In the process of putting together a Kiba from Wolf's Rain cosplay. Everything came from the closet (and the dryer)This is really just to show what the jacket I have looks like, It's been called a Kiba jacket, and Drake-kun want's to use it, so I looked for a picture of Kiba and the jacket just to make sure. The jackets are very similar, so mine is probably one of the best for use of Kiba cosplay (Unfortunately for everybody else very few of these jackets were made in the 80s and if they were to find a leather Member's Only jacket it'd probably be very expensive)
Currently my hair is too long to do an accurate Kiba Cosplay. But the actual outfit is pretty close.

I have one question.....
i'm going to do a kiba cosplay,but i need a Jacket.
My dad has one but it's too big and it's not as well proportionated.

Well, a leather Member's Only jacket would be very expensive nowadays (approx. 300$USD on eBay last I checked) this is they made only so many jackets.
Mine had been a handmedown...
The only jacket that I have seen reasonably look similar to that particular Jacket is sold at Express, though I don't know if they still have it.
You might be able to find other similar ones by venturing through varies clothing/coat stores (I do so all the time)
