I don't mind this design honestly, there wasn't much to Upchuck'd design, I thought it was a neat idea that the Gourmands (Upchuck's species) have two different races, one light green and the other dark green with spots. It's questionable to wonder if they planned this since Upchuck's reappearance in Alien Force but I think they just did this so that the continuity won't be as screwed as the rest of the franchise is.
