All at once, clop-sounds were heard as if a small herd of horses were cantering near. I turned at the source of the sound; two Centaur stallions immediately leapt aggressively out from behind the underbrush. Both were armed with razor-blade half spears, and their faces did not reflect good tidings. Centaurs were VERY territorial and they did not approve of intrusions, even accidental ones. Though I myself was also a fellow Centaur, I was still travelling with Humans and not an Elf in sight; I knew we all might be in trouble now...

Great job as always, though there is something about that back leg on the forward most centaur that is bothering me. Doesn't seem quite on the ground and it seems too thick. This would be one of the kinds of things that I'd work on and work on and it would drive me nuts and I'd probably still not get it right. I have lots of times with pictures that I have an issue like that. There's always something.

Un-used? What a bummer! Tis a rare thing to see centaurs in true action the way you've depicted them here. And so well done, too!
