This is a new Legendary Tier Head Mutation for the Ishos species.

This mutation results in a second or even more extra faces being on the Ishos. It can be just part of the head or the full had and neck. Sometimes the two faces will share the same brain and is considered one individual. But when the extra face is accompanied by it's own head and neck it will have it's own brain but only one head will be in control of the body. These extra face can be in any quantity and in any location so long as it's connected to the spine above the shoulders, or growing from the skull of the main head.
