Alright, it's finished! I decided to do this piece featuring my Soul Wraith mare Ardunn, because I haven't done much artwork of her so far and I love her to bits! <3
Orginally I was going to do Brealiona, but I have another idea saved especially for her.
I hope you guys like the finished result! I spent a LOT of time on this, about 5 hours probably, spaced between a period of 3 days. I'm extremely proud of how it turned out!

The background was a bit of a struggle for me, I did it with a lot of layers to achieve a better effect.
I chose the song 'Dear Agony' because it suits Ardunn's personality and her history.
Geez, I can't seem to stay away from the emo Soul Wraiths, can I? x3

This picture turned out amazing, and, in my opinion, is one of the best in your entire gallery! I the overall composition, with your focal point at the bottom with the lightning at the top to balance it without taking away from Ardunn. The way you repeated the bright color of her eyes in the lightning really adds to the image and helps carry the viewers eyes through the piece. The background is without a shadow of a doubt your best yet, and is absolutely amazing. The planning put into this image is obvious and awe-inspiring. There isn't much I can say on how to improve on the idea, but I can make some suggestions on ways to improve the actual piece. After all that is mentioned above, the first thing that stands out to me is that Ardunn isn't fitting in well with the background. The stormy atmosphere is dull and dreary, but Ardunn's colors are still vibrant. If you desaturate the colors some she will blend in much better. The clouds at the top of the image look amazing, but the ones closer to the mountains could use slight bit more shading or textures. Lightening usually consists of hard lines and sharp angles with an outer glow, rather than being soft and glowy. The only other things that really stand out to me is that there is a solid black line underneath Ardunn that you will probably want to soften up, and the water that is trickling down her. The water probably should not be so blue, and some highlights should be added, and perhaps you could even lower the opacity a tiny bit more.
