i cried for 6 days and 6 nights when i saw gypsy falll

as did i my friend! and then i celebrated for 6 months when i saw him back on his feet! (but then i was sunk into a deep depression after Crimson Typhoon and Cherno Alpha died after only 7 minutes of screen time ;_; )

I cried for 40 days and 40 nights! what now! but seriously Crimson Was my Favorite Jaeger too! I mean he wasnt that badly damaged all he lost was his original crew and his cockpit, they could easily repair him! I mean the brought Gypsy back from having an entire arm severed, losing a crew member and being gouged through the chest! I better see Crimson in the sequel damn it! ;_;

Cherno, albeit pretty damaged, could be salvaged rather easily as well, since both of these jaegers were still mostly (in crimson's case, entirely) intact.

not really Cherno. fake head smashed, right arm ripped off, chest and conn pod ripped out, plus god knows how much else. not to mention internal damage. BUT TYPHOON BETTER COME BACK!! sure he might have to have two arms, but it's better than nothing

Β Cherno's power supply was damaged severely, yes, but that alone could be repaired given time. Only the right forearm had been torn off and the chest was mot likely still intact since leatherback was really only pushing Cherno down so they could not get back up. It also lost one of it's incinerator flamethrowers (or both). The internal damage ,though, is unknown. And for both of these jeagers an entirely new conn pod would have to be constructed o3o.

There had to be some damage to the chest. you do know the conn pod was in the chest for cherno right?

Really the only damage I can assume the chest took (since leatherback slammed the power cell and all) was the area around the conn pod being lit up when it exploded. Doesn't seem like the torso took much damage compared to the power cell and the arm.
