Yeah, a lot of people complain that Disney shouldn't have made Hans a villain, because they were completely taken in. Understandable really... the idea that somebody can be so convincing is scary. I bet they would have been happy with even an evil 'behind your back' smirk that Anna never saw warning them.
But I've been totally sick of ugly and obvious villains for so long. Mother Gothel was a cool change (and sometimes you thought she wasn't that bad until she stabbed a guy) but Hans being evil? AWESOME.

It reaaaaally sucks!! During the movie, I was shipping him with Elsa so hard and then.... Mr. Evil came out!!
The worst part is, I was liking him a lot, too!

I want thought the same thing. I just couldn't believe that a guy that genuinely nice could just go bad like that, and he was so handsome! He really looked and acted like a true prince.
