Never played, nor aspired to play one, however they are definitely the most beautiful wind-blowy instrument. Especially the ones with patterns engraved on them? Ohmygosh. Problem is low lung capacity=no saxophone playing for me.

I'll stick to hitting things.

I agree, incredible instruments to see and hear.

I've never really given much effort to playing a woodwind instrument of any sort but I think this Summer I need to take up saxophone... and borrow my school's marimba

i was going to play the saxophone but my dad said i looked better with a clarinet. and he was right because i am a pretty good player. but i want to play the tenor drums soo bad to in marching band. but i am going to try out for feild commander next year so wish me luck
