Description
Its been time I working on this model, and its done since last 2 months. Only some technical problem like control rigs delayed me. The facial control are killing me though. Model under 7.3k Polygon Faces.See the Sketch and 3DMesh here:
Original design by and thanks again for allowing me to work on it. =]
Done in Maya(Mental Ray) and ZBrush.

I love the shape of your model. The articulation of the spines, and the softness of the little back hooves. The transition of the wings from the rear legs is impeccable. Nonetheless, I think that it would benefit from some textural variance (i.e. mouth/teeth?/spines vs. flesh), to add some extra eye candy.

Did you model this from scratch in Zbrush or did you use Maya to create a base mesh?

I create the base mesh in Maya first, then brought to ZBrush to sculpt the detail and colors.
