You move in with me, I treat you like my slave and you handle with that! There's either obviously wrong with you or there's something wrong with me but it's most likely because you're needy! You have three wives and divorced them all. You hook up with Cutthroat Bitch and she dies. Wilson, you only dated her because she reminded you of me! And look what happens! You leave the hospital and you still aren't content. Then, you came back to me. You want me, don't you?

In actuality Wilson probably likes House because their relationship has just sort of progressed that way (no matter what anyone else tries to tell me) XD

Why hasn't anybody made a comment? THIS IS EPIC! But I really like them as friends. 
Let's see, a reason, huh? I'm not a real fan of House MD but I guess I could give it a shot! 
Well, House's reason would have to be based on his logic of observation and probably common sense. Remember when House was on Methadone[I think] on The Softer Side? Wilson tries to find out what House was using other than Vicodin. He cares about House like any other friend. Wilson cares so damn much he isn't afraid of telling House the truth or what he thinks. Wilson moves in with House in season 2, I believe. House treats Wilson like he's his bitch[LOL] and Wilson puts up with that instead of confronting House. Wilson actually says, "Why not date you? It's brilliant!"[though he's just kidding] which could suspect House as Wilson being gay. And when House describes Amber and realizes that "Wilson is sleeping with House" thing.
In short; this is what House would probably say:
