Description This is my Final version of the Bliss theme I have been playing around with. Must be version 3 this one.

Anyway, I implimented some of suggestion's by other deviant's, and added transparency to the Logon Accounts section. Moved the section to the Center of the Screen too. Well this version to me looks just as good as the other two I did

Fully tested and Bug free.

Room for around 5 User Accounts or so.
