This piece is enchanting and enthralling. It has a magical radiance to it. The background and the sparkles (which are not over or underdone, might I add) give the piece a look of being in infinite space, while the reflections of the sparkles on Raph's and Mona's skin makes it also look like it's in a closed area. A work like this comes along rarely and talent like this should not be wasted. This is without a doubt one of my favorite pieces on deviantART. (For the record, the reason I never used the word "picture" is because it seemed too common and kind of demeaning for this work of art.
